General

The holiday home for 13 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds, a double bed or two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, two DVD players, two heathers, a stair gate, a heather and a TV. In addition there is a sandbox, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with six washbasins, seven toilets and six showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair, a playpen and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher, an oven and a coffee maker.

The rectory is located right next to the church on a quiet square in the village of Milíře. The rectory was completely renovated in 2025 and offers six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. 5 rooms for 2 people and 1 bedroom for 3 people.

On the ground floor of the house, there is a large common area with a cozy seating area by the pellet stove and a fully equipped kitchen. The house is centrally heated using pellets. Adjacent to the rectory is an enclosed outdoor terrace offering the opportunity to sit and barbecue. The village is situated in the beautiful Bohemian Forest region, a vast nature reserve that is ideal for hiking and cycling.

Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network

Layout

On 2 kilometer of Fara you will find one or more restaurants. In addition, there is a lake/open water less than 5,5 kilometer. There is a mall nearby, in 6 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features swimming and your holiday home's surroundings features going out. You can also relax, because near Fara in Milíře you can go to the water or the forest.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
