Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed.

On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 20 m from the edge of the forest, 300 m from the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: property, well-kept garden. Outdoor shower, hot tub, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 300 m, restaurant, bus stop 150 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Tennis 1 km, chair lift, skisport facilities, ski school 300 m. Nearby attractions: Jizerka 16 km, Jablonec nad Nisou 12 km, Liberec 24 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Tanvaldský Špičák 3 km, Bedřichov 12 km, Harrachov 18 km. Whirpool on the terrace is available from June until middle of September. Dogs only on request.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
