Garden furniture. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house, single garage (extra) at the house at 100 m. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Shop 4 km, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Herlíkovice" 200 m, railway station "Vrchlabí" 5 km. Chair lift, slopes 200 m. Nearby attractions: Zámek Vrchlabí 4 km, Špindlerův Mlýn 10 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Herlíkovice 200 m, Strážné 6 km. Hiking paths: Krkonošský národní park. Please note: not suitable for small children. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The owner lives in the same residence.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
