General

The holiday home for 12 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool (outdoors), a patio, a jacuzzi, a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Small living room with TV. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 3 sleeping facilities. Electric heating, wood heating. Patio. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
