General

The holiday home for 21 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (heated, private and outdoors). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

Shower, sep. WC. Gas heating. Wooden floors. Beautiful view of the garden and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (4 cars) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Černý Důl: Large, child friendly, cosy cottage "U tří medvědů", 700 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, built in 1845, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool heated (seasonal availability: 20.Jun. - 05.Sep.). Garden furniture, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (swing, sandbox). In the house: lounge, playroom, table football, storage room for skis, central heating system. Storeroom available. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shop 300 m, shopping centre 8 km, restaurant 250 m, bus stop "Černý Důl náměstí" 300 m, railway station 8 km. Slopes 400 m. Nearby attractions: Stezka korunami stromů 5 km, Zámek Vrchlabí 8 km, Aquacentrum Janské Lázně 6 km, Zoo Safari Dvůr Králové 32 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Černý Důl 400 m, Jánské Lázně - Černá Hora 6 km, Hoffmanky Express 5 km. Hiking paths: Sněžka 28 km. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
