Heating. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds, 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. Playroom with TV (flat screen). Small kitchen (dishwasher, freezer). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Small balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue. Beautiful view of the garden and the forest. Fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: lounge with TV, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Shop 500 m, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Černý Důl náměstí" 500 m, railway station "Vrchlabí" 10 km. Slopes 1 km. Nearby attractions: Stezka korunami stromů 6 km, Vrchlabí 10 km, Aquacentrum Janské Lázně 6 km, Aquapark Trutnov 28 km, Zoo Safari Dvůr Králové 32 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Černý Důl 1 km, Jánské Lázně - Černá Hora 6 km, Hoffmanky Express 4.4 km. Hiking paths: Sněžka 28 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
