Spacious, fully renovated in 2026, beautiful and stylish furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double bed, separate WC, shower and electric heating. 1 room with 1 sofabed and library. Kitchenette (kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Wooden floors, carpet. Very beautiful view of the town. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free, Bandwidth: 16 Mbit/s). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smoking house, no parking. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. There is no stove, sink or running water in the kitchenette.
There is no TV, it can be rented free of charge.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
