General

The holiday home for 12 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a sauna, a garden (fenced), a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a barbecue, a table tennis table and a jacuzzi. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Planá nad Lužnicí: Large, child friendly villa, 4 storeys, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, directly by the river. Private: property 3'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (3 x 8 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 20.Jun. - 12.Sep.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, volleyball, barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (sandbox). In the house: table tennis, trampoline, central heating system. Available: bicycles (4) (extra). Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 500 m, shopping centre 1.5 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Planá nad Lužnicí, Lhota Samoty" 300 m, railway station "Planá nad Lužnicí" 800 m. Slopes 35 km. The owner does not accept any groups. No celebrations or parties are allowed in the property!

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
