Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 2 double beds and shower/WC. 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds and shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: 2 rooms with sloping ceilings, each room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the countryside and the forest. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.
Strážné: Large, child friendly, cosy cottage "Penzion Exnar", 3 storeys, surrounded by trees. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position. Private: garden (not fenced), swimming pool (seasonal availability: 27.Jun. - 05.Sep.). Barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: lounge, sauna, fitness room, hot tub, table tennis, trampoline, central heating system. Parking at the house. Shop 1 km, shopping centre 10 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Strážné, náměstí" 1 km, railway station "Vrchlabí" 11 km. Nearby attractions: Zámek Vrachlabí 10 km, Krkonošské muzeum Vrchlabí 10 km, Rozhledna Žalý 14 km, Špindlerův Mlýn 19 km, Sněžka 38 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Strážné 500 m, Herlíkovice 8 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Vejsplachy 12 km. Hiking paths: KRNAP.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
