Green Valley Park offers pleasant non-smoking accommodation in 22 villas, which have a capacity of 6, 7 and 8 people. The villas are located on the southern slope with a view of the countryside. If you have a dog, feel free to bring it with you. In each holiday home you have your own bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower (some houses also have a bathtub), as well as a fully equipped kitchen, where you will find everything you need to prepare something good to eat. All houses have a terrace with garden furniture. The heating of the holiday homes is centrally provided. For a small additional fee, you can bring your pet with you. In summer, a trampoline, climbing frames, an outdoor pool and a sandbox are available on the fenced playground.

Green Valley Park is located in the village of Stárkov and will be appreciated by tourists, groups of friends or families with children. You can fish in a private pond or ride a horse or pony. Among the nice places in the area, we recommend the Lenka lookout tower, Dvorský les, the ruins of the Skály castle, Vrchmezí, the Čáp lookout tower or the Zoo and safari in Dvůr Králové nad Labem. The Rozkoš reservoir or the Les Království dam offer great swimming. If you want to ski, go to the Radvanice ski lift or the Petříkovice Ski Resort.

There is also a restaurant with a terrace and home cooking in the area. The mill can host celebrations or training sessions for 100 people. Half board or full board is no problem. Children can play with the animals, they will be greeted by two donkeys, 2 sheep, 4 goats, rabbits and guinea pigs.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
