General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a jacuzzi, a swimming pool (heated, private, indoor), a sauna and fitness equipment. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Hot tub. In the house: sauna, fitness room, storage room for skis. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shop 15 km, shopping centre 15 km, restaurant 250 m, bus stop "Bartlova lávka" 600 m, railway station "Vrchlabí" 15 km. Ski lift 300 m, slopes 100 m. Nearby attractions: Špindlerův Mlýn 3 km, Rozhledna Žalý 4.4 km, Harrachova Hrobka 11 km, Jilemnice 11 km, Zámek Podhůří 13 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Špindlerův Mlýn, Horní Mísečky. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Přehrada Labská. Hiking paths: KRNAP. During the summer,guests must provide the landlord with the license plate numbers of the vehicles that will be parked at the property prior to arrival.The property is located within the KRNAP protected area and an entry permit is required.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
