The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and three double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a heater and a TV. In addition there is a balcony, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two showers and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stove and an oven.

Located in peaceful Javorník near the Giant Mountains ski area, this charming holiday home offers a cozy escape for families or groups. With 4 bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The private terrace is perfect for enjoying sunny breakfasts or relaxed evenings surrounded by nature.

Nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the home’s proximity to hiking paths, a golf course just 4 km away, and ski slopes nearby. Essential amenities are close at hand with restaurants 3 km away and a supermarket at 4 km. The town center, ideal for a leisurely visit, lies 15 km from the house.

The home features a private, furnished garden and an open kitchen ideal for preparing meals together. Inside, you’ll find a warm wood stove, a tumble dryer, washing machine, and modern comforts. A high chair and children’s bed are available upon request, and one pet is welcome for a small fee.

Please note: in heavy snowfall, the road to the house becomes inaccessible by car. Parking is available at the bottom of the road, with a short uphill walk to the house. Snow tires and chains are recommended in winter. Electric vehicle charging is not permitted at the accommodation.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
