The holiday apartment is in one of the trendiest districts of Prague, near some of the best restaurants in the city, luxury boutiques and traditional Czech pubs, clubs and bars. The old city and the former Jewish district, the Republic Square and the famous Wenceslas Square are within walking distance. It is on the fourth floor of an old building without a lift.
The apartment has a roof terrace with garden furniture.
The attic apartment carefully and tastefully furnished to a high standard, over the rooftops of Prague, was luxuriously renovated in 2013. Its ca. 147m² can accommodate four people. It has two bedrooms each with a double bed 180cm wide and a bathroom with a bath, shower and WC, as well as a guest WC. The generous living and dining room with a very modern, fully-equipped kitchen is just as impressive, with a preserved beam structure. You can find a leather sofa here for relaxing, and a flatscreen TV, as well as a pool table for more sociable evenings. The whole apartment has air conditioning and every room has heating. Wireless Internet access, a washing machine and dryer are available.
You will no doubt enjoy an unforgettable stay in Prague in this exceptional apartment in a privileged location. You can recover here from an exciting day in the city, to then plunge back into the nearby nightlife or just enjoy an evening at home. The old town and the centre are within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you can find renowned restaurants, traditional and trendy bars and inns, everyday shops such as a supermarket, bakery etc., as well as nightclubs and theatres.

We kindly bring to your attention that our apartment is definitively NOT SUITABLE for young groups.
Parties of any kind (stag, hen, bachelor etc...) are not allowed in the apartment. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Hostess and escort girls are not accepted STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
Non smoking apartment.
We are really not flexible at these points.
Due to serious problems with the neighbors we have to apply this condition and we will not accept such kind of traveller's at their arrival.
