The holiday home for 11 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with five bunk beds, five single beds and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a swimming pool and there are two balconies and two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with three baths and three showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a tumble dryer, a fridge and a washing machine.

The villa features five bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a bathroom with a bathtub in the master bedroom, and three additional toilets. Air conditioning in all bedrooms on the first floor and in the panoramic living room ensures pleasant cooling on warm summer days.

Children will find their own paradise in the playroom, filled with books, games, and even a home cinema option. Outside, they can play table tennis, archery, or romp around in the large garden with its old fruit trees, which leads directly into the forest through a gate. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
