This beautiful 3 bedroom villa is located in Protaras, in a lovely secluded area, just a few minutes drive to the resort centre. With modern decor and furnishings, this villa is the ideal option for those looking for a peaceful holiday.
Outside, the large garden features a private pool, barbecue area, shaded outside dining area, seating area and sun loungers making it perfect for long days of sunbathing and relaxation
As you enter the villa, you will find a spacious living room, dining area and separate kitchen with an extra dining area and large patio doors leading out to the garden. The living room features a comfortable leather corner sofa, widescreen TV with full satellite, fireplace and doors leading to the garden and swimming pool. The dining area here seats 6 persons. The large kitchen is equipped with all the appliances that you need for your comfortable self catering stay and there is a dining table in here also to seat 6 persons. You will also find a W/C on this floor and a small utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms and main family bathroom with bath, overhead shower and W/C.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower and W/C. It also features a double bed, wide-screen TV and patio doors leading out to the large balcony which has a comfortable seating area and offers stunning sea views.
