The large kitchen is equipped with all the appliances that you need for your comfortable self catering stay and there is a dining table in here also to seat 6 persons. You will also find a W/C on this floor and a small utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms and main family bathroom with bath, overhead shower and W/C.
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower and W/C. It also features a double bed, wide-screen TV and patio doors leading out to the large balcony which has a comfortable seating area and offers stunning sea views.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
