General

This beautiful villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and enjoys spectacular sea views. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the expansive and private garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

Outside, the large garden area is fully landscaped with flowers, grass area and trees. The swimming pool is the perfect place to spend long summer days sunbathing. An outside seating area overlooks the pool and is great for evening dining if you want to stay at home and light the BBQ.

Downstairs the villa has an open plan, living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors leading out onto a covered patio area at the front. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is also a double bedroom, separate shower and W/C is also located on this floor.

Upstairs the villas has a further 3 bedrooms, 1 double with patio doors leading onto a large balcony with sea views and outdoor seating and a further 2 bedrooms both with twin beds. The family bathroom on this floor has a bath tub with overhead shower.

An added bonus of this property is the self contained annex which is accessed separately from the rest of the house, this contains an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with separate shower room. Up the winding staircase you can find a further 3 single beds and seating area.

Located midway between the resort centre and Cape Greco national park, this area of Protaras offers scenic surroundings in a quiet location. The nearest beaches and resort amenities are just 2 minutes drive away and Ayia Napa is 7 minutes drive away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
