The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is an air conditioner, a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private) and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Large completely renovated Tropical Villa Panseiku with large private pool in Jan Thiel. This beautiful spacious villa is located in Jan Thiel East which puts you a short distance from the popular beaches Mambo Beach or Jan Thiel Beach. The villa is located in a quiet residential area and is close to the main road with several shops.

The villa incl. studio has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The studio has access to a kitchenette (Nespresso, milk frother, mini fridge, kettle, induction hob and crockery and utensils) and bathroom. The studio also has its own entrance and is connected to the house with another bedroom (two connecting doors). This makes it suitable for 9 people (and two children up to 3 years old) and ideal for two families.
1 bedroom beds 180 x 200 and 90 x 200, 1 bedroom bed 180 x 200, 1 bedroom bed 140 x 200 and the studio which is connected to the house bed 180 x 200. All bedrooms have air conditioning and 220V. The very spacious kitchen and living room have a large surface area so that you can move around freely no matter how many people are staying in the villa. The villa is also equipped with a washing machine, so should you stay a bit longer, this is no problem either. Two cots and a high chair are also available and can be booked on request.

Note: If you travel with more than 9 people, the studio will be set up. If you wish to have the studio at your disposal during your stay, please indicate this when booking and we will offer the studio at an additional charge. The studio will never be rented separately, so you will always have private access to the house, (studio) and grounds.

The villa is shielded by a lockable electric sliding gate and has two parking spaces inside the gate. So here you can always park your car safely. The villa has a large veranda/porch with barbecue at the back, which is wonderfully exposed to the wind. Here you will also find the large swimming pool.

Unique to the villa is the space you have at your disposal. The kitchen with dishwasher and the living room have a large surface area so that, regardless of the number of people staying in the villa, you can still move around freely. A cot and high chair are available upon request. Smoking is only allowed on the veranda/porch. It is strictly forbidden to do so inside the villa. All in all, this luxury villa offers you all the comfort and space you need to optimally enjoy your holiday on beautiful Curaçao! Complete privacy, we look forward to seeing you....

By car, you can reach Jan Thiel beach (Papagayo/Zest) in 5 minutes and Mambo beach in 10 minutes.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
