General

Staying in this new villa guarantees a unique experience and optimal enjoyment. The villa is located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Vista Royal, just a few minutes' walk from Jan Thiel beach. Here you will find peace, space and privacy. The spacious veranda, the private swimming pool with built-in sun loungers, is surrounded by a huge sun terrace. All (6) bedrooms have their own (6) bathroom. You have beautiful views over the neighbourhood and the sea.

bedrooms, bathrooms, a pool terrace and a fully equipped, large kitchen. Staying on this floor gives you everything you could want. Around the large, beautiful pool, there is more than enough living space. The covered living terrace measures a whopping 65 square metres and is adjacent to the living room and master bedroom. Downstairs on the ground floor are five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Although the house is suitable for 12-15 people, you can also easily stay there with two. This is due to the special layout of the house, which consists of two floors.

The villa is 400 metres from Jan Tiel beach and is in the middle of Vista Royal. A neighbourhood that has experienced tremendous growth in recent years due to the many resorts built there. It is a beautiful residential area where you can retreat in privacy but still be close to entertainment. This villa overlooks part of the neighbourhood and offers sea views.

The villa is very suitable for families. Extra beds for children can be placed in the bedrooms. Cots are also available. Youth groups are not allowed, parties and loud music are not allowed.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
