The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a TV (international channels). The wood ceilings with skylights, that allow you to see the starry sky at night, offer a special charm. The floor is laid with high-quality laminate. The ceramics and fittings in the bathroom are also of a high quality and there is a Jacuzzi bath. The fully-equipped, modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The house has a washing machine, air conditioning in all the rooms and satellite TV. The interior provides a living room with a kitchen unit, a bedroom with a double bed 8160 x 200cm) and a cot, a bathroom, and in the attic a second bathroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm) and a bunk bed (each 90 x 200cm). Therefore the house can accommodate four adults, two teenagers and a toddler.

Despite the quiet location, all amenities such as bars, two restaurants, a grocery shop, a yacht harbour, a post office and a doctor are in the vicinity. The sea is about 600 metres away. So this charming stone house is the ideal choice for those who would like to spend a relaxing and restorative holiday in natural surroundings.

IMPORTANT: The hot tube of our facility has always been emptied and disinfected for each new arrival. In addition, modern Clear Ray technology helps eliminate any bacteria present in the water by reducing the use of chemicals.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
