The living space has a direct exit to the pool area. Further into the house, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom, with it`s en-suite bathroom, is completely wheelchair accesible and can be entered from both the inside and the outside of the villa. Just a few steps away are two more bedrooms that have a shared bathroom. There is an additional toilet available also.A baby cot and high chair are available for the youngest.The exterior offers a multitude of spaces, wheather you are in the mood for a swim in the salt water swimming pool or basking in the rays of the morning sun on the smaller covered terrace while enjoying the first sips of your morning coffee. Further exploring the exteriror, you will find an amazing BBQ area with a covered dining space, where you can spend your evening gatherings. Another way of doing so is enjoying a glass of your favourite drink on the upper sun terrace with a partially covered part. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
