Visit the ancient city of Zadar and the beautiful seaside city of Biograd, located in the heart of the Croatian Adriatic, and stay in comfortable, self-contained apartment. The apartment 2 has two bedrooms in a private house with a swimming pool, surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden, just 150 metres from the beach.

Situated in the suburb of SV FILIP-JAKOV, 5 kilometres from the centre of Biograd, the apartment comprises: a living room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for two, free Wi-Fi, and a smart LCD TV (satellite). The large bedroom is fitted with a double bed, wardrobe, and TV. The second bedroom also has a double bed, wardrobe, and TV. The fully equipped kitchen features a balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The bathroom includes a toilet, washing machine, and hair dryer. The garden offers a terrace with furniture, a traditional barbecue, and parking spaces on the property.

Please note that the house has three apartments (A1 and A2 are on the upper ground floor, three steps up from ground level, with access to the balcony and pool, while A3 is on the third/top floor with a private jacuzzi only).

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
