The air conditioning in all rooms ensures comfort whatever the weather.

Outside, the spacious terrace invites you to linger under the starry sky. The balcony offers a marvellous view of the surrounding countryside. The beaches of Biograd, Pakoštane and Drage are only a 15-minute drive away and offer crystal clear water for refreshing days by the sea. For daily needs, there is a grocery store just 2000 metres away, while the nearest lake is just 5000 metres away for long walks.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
