Outdoor area includes large swimming pool 8*4m,with 8 sunbeds,terrace with lounge set and a dining table for 6 persons. Children can enjoy the kids playground,while the adults can enjoy preparing dishes on grill or spending nights sitting around a fire pit. Rooftop terrace provides beautiful views of mountain Velebit as well as the nearby Novigrad sea,and lots of woods and meadows.

Restaurant is just on the main road,less than 1km away,or in the nearby village Posedarje you can find couple of more. Variety of beaches can be found in the area from sand beach (2.5km away) to stone and concrete beaches (2-5km away). Supermarket is 1.5km away,as well as bakery,pharmacy,post office etc.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
