Also on the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have an en-suite bathroom, an the other 2 share a bathroom. There is also an additional toilet on the ground floor.The first floor is accessed from the outside and has it`s own entrance, as well as an additional kitchenette. There are 2 more bedrooms on the first floor. One has a double bed and the other has a double bed and an extra bed. There is a bathroom and an additional toilet available.The outdoors provide a multitude of amenities – a swimming pool, kid`s pool, covered BBQ area, sunloungers, a covered lanai gazebo, outdoor dining and seating area... After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
