In the garden there is a grill and outside dining area.The beach is only 50 meters away from the house. It is shingle beach with children playground and beautiful clear sea .Fully equipped, 50 meters from the sea and easily accessible due to Croatian highway

It is a cave Modrič, 829 meters long with beautiful calcium formations and the temperature 14-17C. The appropriate refreshing after a worm day on Rovanjska’s beautiful beaches or hot night! Rovanjska is situated beneath the most beautiful montain Velebit with two parks; national park Sjeverni Velebit and national park Paklenica.All the full beauties of Paklenica can be experienced only by hiking, and in recognition of this, over 150 km of hiking paths have been made. The particular attraction of this area is the closeness of the seacoast, which allows you to experience all the charms of the mountain and the sea in one place.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
