General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a DVD player. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool (heated, private), a barbecue, an air conditioner, a balcony and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

New and modern Villa with heated pool and sea view, 100m from the beach is located in quiet village Rovanjska, near Starigrad Paklenica. It is the place where mountain Velebit touches Adriatic sea giving you the best of both worlds. Untouched nature surrounds villa and cristal in the tranquil village.

The open space house is 120m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A huge living room with a flatscreen TV and a large sofa. There are 3 bedrooms of which 2 with king size double beds and third with 2 single beds + aditional sofabed. Adjoining is bathroom with a bath tub and bidet and another bathroom with walk-in shower. Kitchen is fully-equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwaser, coffee machine and a dining area, with big table.

50m2 roofed terrace, swimming pool, sun deck and barbecue with seating area are great reason to visit us.

The beach is about 100 metres away.
Best central location to explore Croatia in full. Four National parks within 1.5 hour drive (Plitvice, Kornati, Krka and Velebit). Highway exit A Zagreb Split 3 minutes, airport and port of Zadar 20 min away.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
