This holiday home is a stunning, newly renovated property located in the peaceful village of Rastevic, deep in the Zadar hinterland, known as Ravni Kotari. This area is known for its agricultural beauty and excellent wine, offering a tranquil escape from the busy coastal tourist crowds.

This 100 square meter house is perfectly suited to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests, ideal for two families. The interior is bright and well-organized, and consists of a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped open kitchen, and three nice bedrooms, all with queen-size beds. For your convenience, there are two modern bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other with a bathtub. You can enjoy your meals on the charming covered terrace overlooking the pool.

The large outdoor area extends over a huge 2000 square meter plot, with your own swimming pool, a relaxing hot tub, a sun shower, and a stone barbecue. Guests of all ages will find entertainment with table tennis available and a trampoline for the little ones. Although the house is quietly located, it is conveniently located for exploring: the nearest beaches are 20 km away in Biograd, the Vrana Lake Nature Park is nearby, and the Krka National Park is just a half-hour drive away. For everyone's comfort, smoking is not allowed inside the property, but well-behaved pets are welcome.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
