Only recently (2018) fully renovated natural stone house with a sunny terrace and beautiful garden - a holiday paradise very close to the sea in Preko This semi-detached stone house is located on the sea in a tranquil setting along a not-often used road in the town of Preko on Dalmatian island of Ugljan.

Indoor area is about 50 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flat screen TV and a double sofa bed, fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower. Bedroom is up on first floor and can be accessed by indoor and outdoor steps with a large balcony attached.

There is spacious outdoor terrace with dining table and pergola, garden with a outdoor shower and a grill. A large balcony attached to bedroom with garden view and partly sea view. 250 square meters large green garden with a outdoor shower planted with a Mediterranean herbs; lavender, oleander, rosemary, laurel, tangerine and olive trees is a great spot to hide during a hot summer afternoons. Pet is welcome to the area too.

Please note that the holiday home can be reached via a road besides the sea if you will walk or by the local motor road if you are arriving by the car. Concrete beach is in front of apartment. Sandy beach with bar, restaurant and beach volley is 60 meters far.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
