The house is located around 300 metres from the beach and the sea on the island of Pag, around four kilometres from the town centre of the same name. It is situated in a quiet residential area of the town, ideal for families and couples looking for peace and quiet.
The two flats measure around 37 m² and can accommodate four people. They consist of a living and dining room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower and WC. Two people can sleep on the sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) in the living room, or you can sit comfortably on it when it is unfolded in front of the television or DVD player. The dining area in front of the open-plan kitchen has a hob and fridge-freezer, and a dining table with four chairs. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200cm) with two bedside tables and a large wardrobe. There is a large fan.
Each of the two flats has its own terrace with garden furniture, from which you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and mountains during meals. There is a parking space in front of the house. The communal, unfenced garden has a barbecue for all guests to use.
The flats are just 300 metres from the beach and the sea. Within 300 metres you will also find restaurants and everyday shops.
