Located in the peaceful hinterland of Zadar, known as Ravni Kotari, this property is a fantastic base for exploring the region's wine and agricultural heartland.

The 230 square meter interior ensures total comfort and luxury for up to eight guests. The layout is incredibly practical, with a bright living and dining area connected to a modern main kitchen, plus a separate, charming second kitchen equipped with a traditional stone grill. The residence boasts four lovely rustically decorated bedrooms, all of which have first-class amenities such as en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. A small gym is also available inside.

Outside, the spacious fenced garden offers complete privacy around the beautiful private swimming pool. Guests can relax on the sun loungers, dine under the covered pavilion and take advantage of a special feature: a section with fresh vegetables that you are welcome to pick for your meals! The location provides excellent access to the beaches of Pakostane (15 km), Zadar (30 minutes) and the nearby nature park of Vrana Lake and Krka National Park. To ensure the peace of mind of all guests, this accommodation does not accept groups of young people under the age of 25. Please also note that smoking is not allowed inside the villa and pets are not allowed on the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
