This detached holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach, in a quiet location on a residential street with little traffic in the picturesque fishing village of Novigrad - Dalmatia in the district of Crnopalj.

The 51 m² ground floor flat can accommodate up to four people. Children from 3 years are welcome. It is a studio (sleeping, living and dining area are one room). There are high-quality and comfortable sofa beds for two people. (with slatted frame and mattress)

The centrepiece of the property is of course the 30 m² swimming pool, which invites you to take a dip in the cool water. The pool area is equipped with an outdoor shower. The garden and the new lounge area can be used by all guests.

The lively metropolis of Zadar, with its interesting old town, is about 30 minutes away by car. The national parks of Paklenica, Krk Waterfalls, Kornati and Plitvice Lakes can be reached from your holiday home within 30-90 minutes by car. The nearby river Zrmanja (20 min.) offers a wonderful rafting area for active holidaymakers. Hiking tours and jeep safaris are offered in the neighbouring Verlebit Mountains.

Car parking is available at the house and the host's washing machine can also be used by prior arrangement (for a fee).

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
