A guest toilet is also on the ground floor.The first floor is dedicated to the sleepinq quarters, making it easy to divide each and every one of the guest`s quiet zones. Each of the 4 bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom, individually controlled A/C and a TV. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds, and 2 of them have king sized beds. In one of the bedrooms there is a convertible sofa bed that can comfortably fit 2 more guests, making this house ideal for a maximum of 10 guests.The outdoors are carefully designed to incorporate many activities. The extra large swimming pool is breathtaking, and the illusion of a hanging pool terrace further enhances the experience and the visage of the Villa. There is a fully covered terrace right next to the pool, featuring barbecue facilities, a large wooden dining table and a TV, where you can spend many evenings in loving company of family and friends, while the kids are amused by the playground next to it.The Villa offers individually controled A/C, SAT TV, Netflix streaming service, free parking on the fully enclosed property. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
