Located in the beautiful hinterland of Zadar, known as Ravni Kotari, this property promises total privacy, a private pool and the unique addition of a traditional stone tavern.

The spacious 200 square meters of living space is spread over two floors and provides plenty of space for eight guests. It has two living rooms, two modern bathrooms and four bedrooms, which are furnished with solid, high-quality beds made of oak. But the real centerpiece is the traditional Dalmatian tavern, also built of stone. This amazing space includes an indoor fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a huge wooden table perfect for twelve people. There is also a dedicated outdoor fireplace for barbecues in the yard.

Step out onto the large 3,500 square meters of land, completely surrounded by a traditional stone fence. Here you can enjoy the private pool, relax on the sunny terrace, dine in the natural shade of the trees at one of the two large outdoor tables or take advantage of the available gym equipment and table tennis facility. Free bicycles are included, encouraging you to explore the surrounding area, known for its wine and agriculture. While enjoying this peaceful setting, the nearest beach is less than 10 km away, and Zadar's famous Old Town can be reached in just half an hour. For the comfort of all future guests, smoking is not allowed inside the house, and pets are not allowed on the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
