The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). This elegant, only recently in 2010 newly built holiday villa is nestled in a green 1,000 square meter plot of land in a rural setting. The nearest beaches are in Sv. Petar and Biograd. Biograd is a town rich in historical heritage and lots of restaurants. The pool is open from May to the end of September,

The two-storey villa features six bedrooms and four bathrooms. It can accommodate up to fourteen guests (the bedrooms are furnished with either a double bed or two single beds, and there is a double sofa bed in the living area). Downstairs there is a spacious open plan living-/dining area with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is complete with dishwasher, gas cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The four modern bathrooms offer a shower cabin, wash basin and a toilet.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
