It is situated right by the little harbour at Dobropoljana. The house is quietly situated, but still right by the beach (about 20 metres).

The house of around 100m² is furnished to German standards and makes holiday-makers feel at home. The detached house was completed in 2015 and is therefore still in an impeccable condition. All the windows are fitted with fly screens. Three separate bedrooms provide all guests with ample space to retreat. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second with a kingsize bed (160 x 200cm), the third with a single bed (120 x 200cm). The first bedroom provides direct access to a shower room with a hairdryer and WC. A further shower room with a hairdryer, WC and washing machine is also available. The light living room has a sofa with satellite TV and a radio for relaxing. The living room adjoins the open kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for self-catering, a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob and toaster. The dining table for six people in the living room invites you to dine and sit together sociably.
The house has a large garden and car parking spaces available for use. The garden and the terrace invite you to relax and grill. The terrace provides garden furniture, a parasol and garden loungers. The site is fenced and therefore also suitable for children. You can cool off under the outdoor shower after a sunny day on the beach.
Please note that it is non-smoking accommodation. The house is not suitable for wheelchair users. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee.
It is just two minutes on foot to the beach. Apart from quiet surroundings, the property and the area provide everything holiday-makers could wish for. In the immediate vicinity you can find a café, bar, restaurant and a small grocery market. Apart from many water sports activities (deep sea fishing, fishing, jet-skiing, snorkeling, swimming, waterskiing, surfing), you can also enjoy sports on land (mountain hiking, mountain biking, cycling, tennis). If you would like to visit places of cultural interest, churches and monasteries await you on the island. You can also go on trips to the Kornati Islands National Park, Krka waterfalls, Plitvice Lakes National Park, the Zadar old town, Biograd etc.
