The holiday home for 7 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a double sofa bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a trampoline and there are three air conditioners and two terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three hairdryers, three showers, four toilets and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a microwave, an oven and a coffee maker.

This stunning three-bedroom home for seven has a huge private swimming pool and a private terrace with ample seating. On top of that, the Adriatic Sea and it's lovely beaches are only a 15-minute drive away.

Zadar, a famous coastal resort on the Adriatic Coast well known for its rich cultural heritage, is only 12 km away. The Krka National Park with its beautiful waterfalls is only 70 km from here. Paklienca National Park is a great destination for mountain climbing enthusiasts and is only 35 km away. You will find a restaurant and grocery store within 500 m of the home.

The home has a private fenced garden with furniture, sun loungers, a sun shower and an outdoor fireplace. It is child-friendly and offers a children's bed, high chair, play equipment, and a trampoline.

The Zadar international airport is 12 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
