The newly built house is situated in a quiet area, just 5 min walk to the center and 10 min to the beach Dražica. Because of that you do not need a car.

Outside is a table with chairs on the terrace ideal for a relaxing afternoon. Parking is provided in the yard.

There is only one apartment for rent, on the ground floor, (50m2) for up to 4 persons. Because of that you will be the only guests and enjoy like you're in your own home. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed. In the living room is a sofa bed for two persons (150 cm wide). Both rooms have air conditioner. There is a big shower in the bathroom, washing machine and hairdryer. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, oven, cooking stove, kettle, and big refrigerator with freezer.

Biograd is the ideal starting point for day trips to the National parks Kornati, Krka and Paklenica or the Nature park Vransko jezero. Nearest town is Zadar (30 km) with urban attractions like the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun. Distance from the Airport Zadar/Zemunik to Biograd is 29 km.

Biograd na Moru is a well known nautical and tourist center situated in the heart of the Adriatic Coast. Because of its position, Biograd is the ideal starting point for day trips to the National parks Kornati, Krka water falls, Paklenica, and even the Plitvička jezera, or the Nature park Vransko jezero

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
