Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Wood heating, forced-air heating. Terrace 14 m2, terrace 10 m2. Balcony furniture, deck chairs (8). Facilities: iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Private: property 1'000 m2, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, 18 m2, depth 100 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with salt water, shutter cover and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, badminton, arbour (100 m2), barbecue, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
