The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (heated, private), a table tennis table, a barbecue, an air conditioner, a jacuzzi, a terrace and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

In the Biokovo Nature Park you will enjoy peace and quiet and our house is not visible from the outside and no other house can be seen around it.

The lovingly furnished holiday home "Villa Melita" with a large living, cooking and dining area, 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, is available for the exclusive use of guests. The direct access to the Biokovo Nature Park with a large terrace as well as a large heated swimming pool invites you to linger. The property is completely fenced, has a video-monitored car park and a gate.
Here you can enjoy a great holiday with the family, away from everyday life and stress, relax in the garden, refresh yourself in the pool on hot summer days, and play badminton and table tennis.
Internet access, WLAN, TV SAT reception, TV, air conditioning and smoke detectors in every room, and an alarm system, are part of the basic equipment of our house.

Rental prices include final cleaning, tourist tax, internet, bed linen, towels and all additional costs such as electricity and water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
