Stone country house is located in a quiet part of the Dalmatian hinterland in the town of Zmijavci, close to the town of Imotski and only half an hour's drive to the nearest beaches of the Makarska Riviera, ideal for a stress-free family vacation.

With its own outdoor pool, garden, children's playground, spacious terrace with barbecue and seating area in front of the lawn....the house extends over two floors.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining area and a living room as well as a bathroom. Upstairs there are two rooms, one with two beds and the other with a double bed and a bed for one person.
There is another bathroom upstairs.
At the back of the house there is a 24 m² swimming pool, a children's playground and a large garden with Dalmatian plants.

In the surrounding nature you can go for wonderful walks and fully enjoy the beauty of the landscape. The villa is very close to the outstanding natural phenomenon, the Blue and Red Lakes, where you can also swim, but you can also enjoy the beauty of the nearby lake Prološko Blato. The Imotski region is known for wine growing and rural culture with good gastronomic offer. Here you have the opportunity to taste many domestic products. An excellent traditional Grabovac Winery with wine tasting and Wine Cellar lies only 5 minutes' walk away, as well as the beautiful Nature Park with the source of the Vrljika River and the possibility of canoeing, quad- or e-bike tours around 7 lakes. You can also visit the Ranch Medvidovic with horse riding in Medvidovića Draga. Just 30 minutes away are numerous beaches on the Makarska Riviera (Brela, Baska Voda).

Take a day trip to Makarska, there you can stroll along the harbor or in the evening enjoy the many bars and nightlife. Or to town Imotski. Split and Dubrovnik are cca 1-2 hrs drive. Nature park Biokovo is close to village, with atraction SKY WALK. Mostar and Medjugorje you can reach for 1 hour drive..
National Park Krka Waterfalls is cca 2 hours drive.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
