The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. Holiday houses Pia are two small, thougtfully decorated houses in the untamed Dalmatian countryside just 1 km from the beach, 3 km from the Marina and 9 km from Trogir. For lazy days when you feel like staying in, you can relax in the swimming pool.

Houses Pia are two separate cozy country houses located in the beautiful village Vrsine. The land that surrounds it is 2 000 m2 wide so it offers a lot of space for your children to enjoy the nature. One of the houses is 35m2, in it, you have 1 bedroom, bathroom, living room with an extra bed and a kitchen.
The other house is 30m2, it's a studio apartment with a kitchen, bathroom and an additional bed.

You have access to many acres of land where you can enjoy organically grown fruits and vegetables. Houses are surrounded with nature which gives u a complete privacy. Also available to your use is 3 parking spaces, outdoor shower and a swimming pool.

The Neighborhood

It's a quiet neighborhood which gives you privacy while not being cut off from the world. The UNESCO city of Trogir is 9 km away. You have access to everything you need to enjoy your stay, including the food store which is only 500m from your house.

Getting Around

Free private parking is available to you just like a public transportation in case you need one, there's a bus station 800m from the houses.
If you're an outdoor person who enjoys sports, you can use a 15 km long cycling road while enjoying the fresh dalmatian air.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
