General

The holiday home for 10 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single sofa beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a stereo (wireless) and two televisions. In addition there is a swimming pool, a barbecue, a fitness equipment, a garden, a hot tub, a set of garden furniture and an air conditioner. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, three showers, two toilets and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, two dishwashers and two microwaves.

Set in the peaceful village of Tugare, only a short drive from Omiš, Villa Magnolia is designed for families and mixed-age groups who want space, privacy, and easy access to both nature and the coast. Spread across 180 m² on a fully fenced plot, the villa comfortably welcomes up to ten guests with a layout that supports both together-time and quiet corners.

At the heart of the garden sits a large private swimming pool, framed by sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and shaded seating - all visible from the living areas for easy supervision with kids. Fitness equipment and other activities keep energy balanced throughout the day, while the outdoor dining terrace with a barbecue turns evenings into relaxed family dinners under the stars.

Inside, the villa is bright, practical, and well-zoned. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining space - a single sofa bed, a TV, a PS5, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom sit on this level, along with a laundry room for longer stays. Upstairs, a second kitchen and lounge with another single sofa bed, a terrace, two additional double bedrooms, and another bathroom create a flexible dual-living setup that works especially well for families with older children or grandparents.

Daily essentials - minimarket, café, fast food, and local taverns are all within walking distance. The nearby Cetina River offers rafting, zip-lining, and boat rides, while beaches near Omiš are an easy drive away. A cultural day trip to Split adds history, shopping, and seaside promenades to the mix.

Villa Magnolia is best suited for families who want a safe private pool setting, walkable daily amenities, space to spread out, and fast access to beaches, river adventures, and city life - without giving up the calm of a true village stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
