General

The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions. In addition there is a bicycle, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture and there are two balconies and two air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two toilets, a bath, a hairdryer and two showers.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine and a fridge.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stove, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Upstairs, you get two queen-bed rooms open onto private balconies and include their own TVs, while the third bedroom with twin beds is ideal for children or friends, with a shared bathroom for effortless routines.

Step outside and the villa opens into its most indulgent aspect - a private swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun deck with loungers, shaded seating, and a Jacuzzi. A traditional barbecue, patio, summer kitchen, and fitness equipment shape the outdoor living experience, all within a fully fenced private garden. Pets are welcome, air-conditioned premises, Wi-Fi and parking for two cars - is a bonus.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
