The upper floor has bathroom with shower and WC, open living area with sofa, chairs, flat TV and area with bar, ice machine, microwave and coffe ketlle. From that area you reach 35m2 sunny terrace with mountain and sea view.

The generous interior courtyard with a little garden is surrounded by a wall and therefore suitable for spending undisturbed time with children. Nearby is provided parking space for two cars.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
