Villa Mir Vami is located in the heart of the picturesque fishing village of Sumartin on the island of Brač. Furnished in a comfortable, traditional style, the villa was completely renovated in 2009. This charming villa comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 people. On the ground floor, a large open-plan space leads to the terrace and comprises the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Also on the ground floor are three double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. The first floor features a large double bedroom with a sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom. The living room opens onto a spacious open terrace with a shaded dining area and a barbecue. Beyond the terrace is the swimming pool, offering ample space for relaxation and sunbathing.

The villa is situated very close to the sea, which is within easy walking distance of the front of the villa. Villa Mir Vami is ideally located near the port of Sumartin on the island of Brač, where you will also find numerous bars, shops, and traditional Croatian restaurants.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires.
