Set on the second floor of a charming house, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area with satellite TV, air conditioning, and a fireplace, along with three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with twin beds. Guests can enjoy a private terrace, access to a shared pool, a garden with sun loungers, and a barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining. The beach, local shops, restaurants, and public transport are all within walking distance, and the UNESCO-listed town of Trogir is just 5 km away.

Check-in is simple and secure with a coded main entrance (2367#), and guests can park either in front of the house (4 spaces) or behind, where there is a larger lot for 6 cars. The apartment includes a white folder with the Wi-Fi code (MARINA2, password Marina123) and a QR code for self check-in via e-Visitor. Alternatively, our friendly housekeeping lady, Alicia—located in the small white house near the upper parking—can handle your check-in if you provide your passports. A refundable €100 cash deposit is required upon arrival and will be returned after departure if everything is in order.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
