It’s ideally situated close to restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it easy to enjoy both the relaxing coastal setting and the cultural sights of nearby towns.
The apartment is on the first floor and features two bedrooms with double beds, a cozy living area with a sofa bed and flatscreen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy a private terrace, access to a shared swimming pool and bubble bath, as well as a garden with sun loungers and a barbecue. Check-in is easy with a private entrance and key code access. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
