Apartment C is located on the ground floor and features two bedrooms with double beds, a cozy living room with a flatscreen satellite TV and a double sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Guests can enjoy air conditioning, a shared garden with sun loungers, a barbecue area, a refreshing shared swimming pool, and a relaxing bubble bath. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartment, with login details found in the white folder provided inside.
Check-in is made easy with a private entrance and code access (2367#). Guests have access to two parking areas — one in front of the building and a larger lot behind, where the friendly housekeeping lady Alicia lives in the small white house. Alicia can assist with guest registration via e-Visitor if you prefer not to use the QR code provided. A €100 cash deposit is required on arrival and will be returned on departure day after a quick inspection. Airport transfers and car rental can be arranged upon request. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
