Villa Rosea is a luxurious coastal resort with a beach and crystal clear sea water. It is located in the beautiful fishing village of Slatine, a quiet and peaceful place on the island of Ciovo / Croatia, in the heart of the Dalmatian Adriatic coast. It is located away from traffic and offers a harmonious ambience.
Villa Rosea has 2 floors. The 2nd floor is rented and includes 5 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 9 people.
The property covers a surface area of 2200m2 and is lined with shady pine and fruit trees. A paved path allows direct access to the sea, with numerous opportunities to relax (sunbathing, swimming, sailing, diving...). The photo supplements of the complex impressively reflect the beauty of nature that awaits you. A stay at this facility will make you hard to want to go home.
You can expect the proverbial Croatian hospitality and the 20 years of experience of your hosts in tourism, who are available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
