General

The holiday home for 3 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed and a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heater and a TV. In addition there is a terrace and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

A traditional Dalmatian house, made of stone, in a very attractive and quiet location in Povlja on island Brac, in the immediate vicinity of the beach and 950 meters from the center of Povlja.

Three one-bedroom and one studio apartments (cca. 25 m2 each) are on the ground floor of the house. The maximum capacity of each apartment is three adults or two adults with two children up to 12 years old.

The third person or two children sleep on the couch in the living room. The couch in each of the apartments can be easily converted into a spacious bed approx. 1.90 m x 1.20 m. Each apartment has its own parking space in front of the house, a separate entrance, a shaded terrace with furniture, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen with a dining area and living room in one larger room, as well as a bathroom with shower.

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, safe box, bed linen, towels, pots, bowls, plates, cups, glasses, kitchen towels, cutlery, and kettle are standard equipment for each apartment.
The washing machine in the laundry room is available to guests (see LAUNDRY on the floor plan).

This lovely one bedroom apartment with furnished terrace is perfectly fit for up to three people. It features free WiFi, air conditioning as well as SAT LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the equipped kitchenette and dining area. The private bathroom comes with shower and toilet.

Due to excellent position of this beachfront house , everything you may need for a pleasant stay can be reached within walking distance. If you want to enjoy the sun and the sea this is the perfect location for you, since the property is located only 100 m away from the nearest beach, with many more of them in the surrounding area. Closest grocery store, bus station, caffe and restaurant can can be found within 900 m.

Brac airport is 25 km from the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
